Strengths Finder Compatibility Profiler
A company was looking to learn more about employees’ psychological makeup by doing the Gallup Strengths Finder 2.0. It’s a forced choice test to determine what you consider your strengths and what type of activities you’d rather avoid. I created a visual index of each employee’s strengths relative to the rest of the team. Here’s the result. Click a thumbnail to see the similarities to other members.

This site allows real estate investors to quickly scope out desirable residential properties. The premise is properties near a Trader Joe’s are in a desirable location, up-and-coming, hip, and often walkable.
